Shipping Policy
SHIPMENTS TO SPAIN
Peninsula: 2,95€.
Illes Balears: 4,95€.
We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Delivery:
Mainland Spain 3-5 working days
Balearic Islands 3-5 working days
In Spain the packages will be sent through Correos. There are delivery times that may be affected in exceptional cases such as July and August, Black Friday, Christmas, holidays, launches… in those cases we can not guarantee standard delivery, it may be higher due to the high volume of shipments.
Orders placed on weekends are processed and shipped on Tuesday.
Delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves our warehouse until it arrives at the address indicated.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
The delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves our warehouse until it arrives at the indicated address. You will know that your order has been picked up by our courier agency when you receive an email or sms confirming the change of status of your order to shipped.
If there is no one there and the package fits in the mailbox, it will be deposited there, otherwise, it will be taken to the post office to which the address you have given us belongs.
If after 15 days you have not picked up your shipment, the package will be returned to its origin causing an additional return shipping cost. You should contact us at hola@thb-original.com to let us know which of these two options best suits you:
- Que te devolvamos parcialmente el importe. El total menos los gastos de retorno 4 eur para península y 8 eur para Baleares
- Que te volvamos a enviar tu pedido, debiendo hacer un nuevo pago de gastos de envío de 2,95eur para península y 5eur para Baleares
