Return and exchange policy

We offer exchanges or returns within the first 15 days from your purchase date. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, no refund or exchange will be offered.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• For items bought on promotion (more than 2 units), returns must be for the entire set and cannot be partial.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to hola@thb-original.com and mail your item to:

If you want to exchange for a different color or model, you must send the original order to the address above. After inspecting the product, we will email you to confirm receipt and provide either a bank account number for the new shipping fee deposit or our phone number to complete the process via Bizum.

The shipping fees are the same as those listed in our Shipping Policy. Once payment or proof of payment is received, we will proceed with sending the new color or model.

 

Reasons Returns Will Not Be Accepted

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons that are not our fault.
• Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at hola@thb-original.com.

 

Return Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. It should be sent via a traceable parcel service, such as Correos.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
